As I danced into the vibration to channel for this months creation I felt called to go within and listen deeply to my inner guidance with affirmations, visualizations and vocalizations. This dance meditation will help you warm up your cold bones and invite you to move into the sounds of spoken word, vocal sound healing and groovy beats.

The Snow Moon is the Full Moon in February, named after the snow on the ground in the Northern Hemisphere. Some North American tribes named it the Hunger Moon due to the scarce food sources and hard hunting conditions during mid-winter, while others named it the Storm Moon. Some sources also call it Chaste Moon, although most attribute this name to March Full Moon.

Intuitive Dance guides the practitioner into a healing experience. As you release expectations on your body you will move with ease and your body will release itself to have a full healing experience. The voice can also be added to help release tension and pain in the body. Let the music guide you into an ecstatic experience you will want to repeat as a daily practice.

She brings a unique artistic philosophy to her work and that is to hone the gift of the intuitive and improvisational artist/healer within each of us.
