Enjoy this dance meditation, designed to guide you into an intuitive dance trance. As we focus on breath, listen to the music and allow our bodies to guides us, we can enter a deep state of meditation as our body works out its needs through intuitive movement and dance.

Exploring snake medicine this new moon. As I danced into the vibration for this months creation the snake made an appearance to me. It was very clear and very strong and very present. I went with it. It felt good to allow the embrace of the snake to guide me through meditation. Here is my message, Release, shed and allow your body to move into the future without the extra baggage. So, DANCE and shed of all that old skin. Release the stuff that keeps you from moving forward. Just LET IT GO!

Intuitive Dance guides the practitioner into a healing experience. As you release expectations on your body you will move with ease and your body will release itself to have a full healing experience. The voice can also be added to help release tension and pain in the body. Let the music guide you into an ecstatic experience you will want to repeat as a daily practice.
